Very deep yellow colour, enhanced by edgy bubbles.

Notes of roasting and grilled dried fruit, followed by a light gingerbread finish.
It is full-bodied, greedy and generous on the nose and retains a beautiful minerality.

Ample and greedy on the palate, lovely development and well-made structure.
An energetic finish with aromas of ripe pears.
