"Coming from the best plots of our estate in the village of Mesnil sur Oger, this champagne delivers a remarkable interpretation of Grand Cru Chardonnay!

The vinification in oak of this prestigious white grape from Mesnil sur Oger is revealed in a majestic bottle.

Its golden yellow color is deep, with brilliant gold reflections, and the bubbles are fine.

On the nose, we find ripe fruit, subtly toasted, with aromas of sautéed pineapple.

The attack on the palate is lively, dynamic, mineral, and long. A beautiful salinity brings tension.

We recognize the pineapple on the palate and peach in syrup.

This wine is elegant and delicate."
